The report that is configured for those who buy through this online channel is classified B to B, that means the relationship is established between companies that act as intermediaries for the sale of lighting equipment to third parties.
The right of withdrawal pursuant to the European Directive 2011/83 will therefore not be applicable and exercisable.
Nevertheless, OXIBO SRL grants a time of 8 days for the return of the goods received, where one of the following cases is satisfied:
- The withdrawal can not be exercised in case of lack of the original packaging, all the elements supplied with the product including any protective films, cables and anything else present in the original package.
- Any returns must be previously agreed and authorized by OXIBO SRL through the RMA form (Return Merchandise Authorization), which will be forwarded to our Client by our sales office. The delivery note of return must clearly indicate the purpose of the transport "made non-compliant" and the RMA number must be quoted.
- Our warehouse won't collect shipments that come to our site without having been previously authorized.
- OXIBO SRL reserves the right to refuse the return if only one of the recommendations expressed above ceases to apply.
Management of the material to be returned.
- Within 8 days from the acceptance of withdrawal by Oxibo Srl the customer must send the product by courier.
- Returned products must include all accessories, instruction manuals, software, original cables, etc. and must be returned in their original packaging, correctly positioned and packaged to avoid damage during transport.
- The goods must be carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipment. The original packaging must be used and the product must be complete with everything originally contained. We recommend shipping with a transport insurance.
- The customer is requested to handle the shipping costs and is responsible for the integrity of the product during shipment. In case of loss, theft, or other Oxibo Srl reserves the right to charge for any damages incurred.
- Our Technical Department will check the goods once received. In case of damage (such as blows, partial or total breakage, manipulation, lack of accessories, etc.) the sender will be immediately notified and the occuring costs for the restoration will be billed. The management time is about 15 days.
